Collectively, this exhibit explores the intersection of art with contemporary societal issues and global perspectives. Margaret Lanzetta's paintings examine the fusion of decorative traditions from various cultures, reflecting interconnectedness amidst cultural and political narratives. Niki Lederer's work highlights environmental concerns by repurposing discarded materials, prompting reflection on mass consumption. Meanwhile, David Packer's bear sculptures serve as metaphors for personal, economic, and political upheavals, embodying themes of migration, resilience, and the delicate balance between humanity and nature.
