Artist Member Show 2025
Exhibition Dates: January 11 – 26, 2025
Opening Reception: Saturday, January 11, 5–7 PM

Submission Guidelines:

​

Membership Deadline:

• Ensure your membership is active by December 31, 2024, to participate.​

​

Size Limitations:

• Hanging pieces and sculptures (including frames) must not exceed 30” x 30”.

• If your sculpture requires a pedestal or stand, include its dimensions with your submission.

​

Ready-to-Hang Requirement:

• All artwork must be fully prepared for display at the time of delivery.

• Include specific hanging instructions or images if your piece requires a unique setup.

​

New Work Only:

• Only artwork created since 2020 is eligible.

• Previously shown pieces within the last two years or older works will not be accepted.

​

Form Submission:

• Complete the Member Show Form and select your preferred drop-off date before delivering your artwork.

​

Eligibility:

• Open to members High School Seniors and older.

• Only one member per membership may participate.

​

Timely Drop-Off:

• Drop off your artwork during the following times:

  • Thursday, January 2, 2025: 11 AM – 4 PM

  • Friday, January 3, 2025: 11 AM – 4 PM

  • Saturday, January 4, 2025: 10 AM – 1 PM

• Deliver your work on time to ensure smooth curation and installation for this large-scale show. Late submissions will not be accommodated.

We will inform you if your artwork sells. If we do not inform you, please pick up your artwork between January 29 and 31, from 11 AM to 4 PM.
