Garrison Art Center encourages Teaching Artists to submit Course Proposals
(Due no later than November 14, 2010)
  1. Fill out and submit your class or workshop proposal using the online template provided below.
  2. Sign and mail back the Teaching Artist Contract Agreement (download and print below)
    Mail to Garrison Art Center, P.O. Box 4, Garrison, NY 10524
  3. E-mail copy of complete resume (as Word document) to info@garrisonartcenter.org
  4. Download Studio/Building Policies - Classes & Procedures (download and print below)and distribute copies to students
  5. Download Teaching Artist Invoice below. Two equal payments will be made. Invoices must be received one week prior to pay period.

MATERIALS LIST:
Teaching Artsits are responsible for providing students with a materials list and class syllabus prior to, or during the first class. If preferred, Teaching Artists may collect materials fees directly from students and be responsible for the purchase of materials. Prior to the first class, the Art Center will email Teaching Artists a class roster with student phone numbers and e-mail addresses for list/syllabus distribution and other pertinent information.
